Our Story

In the Beginning

We set up Back Forty Kennel, LLC to provide an incredible experience for animals and owners. Our inspiration was a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Doc, he brought us great joy and the desire to work with dogs.

Our main objective is to allow a dog to be able to run and be a dog, whether it is alone or with dog friends. A comfortable sleeping area and plenty of playtime and belly rubs. 

Our top-class facility has plenty of extra-special features designed to give owners peace of mind knowing their four-legged companions are in safe, loving hands.
